Members form teams to compete against other teams to create motivation with a support system that is absent in all other fitness franchises. Members achieve amazing weight loss and health improvements, while at the same time competing for prizes. It's fun, it's easy, and IT WORKS! Our clients are men and women of all ages and fitness levels who are in need of exercise and nutritional guidance to help them improve their quality of life. With the combination of a supportive environment through family, friends and co-workers, knowledgeable, caring staff and proper exercise and nutrition, many of our members have achieved remarkable improvements in their health, breaking through plateaus and even reducing or eliminating the need for medications, while increasing their self-esteem and self-motivation.
